The problem isn't as much the diet and exercise regiment you're doing (yes, that matters A LOT still)
The problem is the how consistent you are.
A mediocre diet and training regimen with 100% adherence (you're able to stick with it day in and day out)...
...will reap MUCH MORE FAT LOSS than the best diet and training regiment with 80% adherence.
Consistency is the key to your results.
So why haven't you been able to stay consistent?
