In the following year, she became a Productivity Coach at the same brokerage. She grew a successful small real estate team of 4 agents but later discovered how to net more money by being a teacher and giver rather than having a traditional team. In 2017, she launched her own national coaching business, Jacqui Bowman Coach. It grew to be one of the top coaching businesses in the real estate industry. Her coaching focuses on living a better life, netting more money, and gaining leverage. In 2017, she partnered with David Best and launched eXp Realty in Ohio. Jacqui is now a top 1% influencer and attractor at eXp Realty with over 30 agents in her front line, and almost 400 in her group. Of the 30 in her front line, 8 are ICON agents, while 8 are capping agents.
