I know I can be a broken record when it comes to the conscious and sub-conscious impact platforms like social media have on our well-being.

Sometimes it seems like there is a race that everyone is competing in, except the finish line is invisible and no one actually knows what they are running towards or why. In the attempt to compete in the race, we are distracted and  forget what our true values are. What it is that we genuinely love spending our days doing or things to prioritise. The fast pace lifestyle sold to us continues to prevent you from deciding what is actually in alignment with your needs and how to prioritise your authentic needs. 

Let me make it easier for you to turn lemons into lemonade! 

 

  1. Reduced soical media and include more playful/enjoyable activities in your day.
  2. What are your current priorities? How have they been formed? Are they truly yours or that of others and society? 
  3. Communicate your needs and priorities to those in your life. 
  4. Dedicate time to the above. Scheduale it out in your days or week. Make the commitment to yourself.
