Who is Em?
A Dietitian and yoga teacher on paper, although certainly not defined by! I express a natural desire to teach, share and learn with the people that dance across my path. I endeavour to spend my days being playful, healthy, expressive, loud and wild!
I started my business at 23 years old, with no idea of my direction. I didn't know where I was going, but I knew where I didn't want to be. I neeeded to be the change I wanted to see in my life. So,I hired a life and business coach, put myself out into the world of business and arrived here 5 years later.
In this time, I have collected personal experience and knowledge in running a business, while also balancing a health focused, spiritually inclined lifestyle.
I have learned many lessons throughout this adventure, the good, the bad and the ugly!
I am here to share these stories and insights with you, to help you expand and take the next step, where ever you are in your journey!
