Bill's journey began with three years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army. Following his military service, he embarked on a remarkable 46-year career in higher education, contributing his talents to three universities.

Throughout his career, Bill held various key roles, starting as Director of Housing and subsequently transitioning to Director of Finance. His leadership continued to thrive as he assumed the position of Vice President for Administration and Finance at all three universities, and he also served as Chief Financial Officer at one of them.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill actively engaged in his communities, serving on various boards and making a positive impact. His involvement in organizations like United Way and Career Source Central Florida (formerly Workforce Central Florida) showcases his commitment to supporting and uplifting his community. Notably, Bill cherished his role as the community representative on the audit committee for the Central Florida Expressway Authority.
