As humans, we have the capacity to believe anything we want. We think an average of 40,000 to 60,000 thoughts daily, the majority of them flying under the radar, happening totally unconsciously. We aren't taught how to watch our thoughts, but you can imagine the power that lies in your hands when you can identify, question, and direct your mind on purpose when you want to.
