When we talk about measuring what matters, many will neglect metrics like health and wellbeing in favor of productivity and profitability. Our guest this week doesn’t believe it has to be an OR conversation but rather an AND conversation as she regularly works with organizations to create healthy employees who in turn create a more empowered and productive work force. Jane Cebrynski, contract Chief Wellbeing Officer doubles as a yogi Life Coach who uses the language of sports to train high achieving individuals to become champions for what matters most to them. She is a firm believer that her path from disengaged employee to inspired mentor grew out of a need for greater alignment, making friends with “deserve” and believing that we all matter and pushing herself and now others to get out of the comfort zone and into the growth zone. Listen as Jane shares her story of life transitions as a mom, wife, and career professional seeking to redesign her life in three dimensions. As a certified yoga instruction, Jane brings her commitment to mental and physical well being to the mat where she guides others in being true to themselves and showing up in an authentic manner that is accepting of our differences. Jane believes there is no wrong way to do life and has chosen to give back to Positive Pathways for Youth, a nonprofit organization supporting at risk youth, as a mentor.
