Today, Jocelyn Jones, Heather Greenwood, Kate Ross, and Krissy Whitley explore the concept of stretching in their professional roles.
Heather begins by explaining what stretching means to her, describing its emotional impact and the powerful sense of growth and achievement. All four agree that stretching their teams has positively impacted their leadership and collaboration with other departments.
They discuss the transformative effects of pushing boundaries and stepping out of comfort zones. For Krissy, this meant learning to push back and challenge ideas, while Kate grew through interactions with her team, stretching and thriving together.
