Jelani Pope has worked all over the country before finding her forever home at Broad River Retail. She joined the Broad River Onboarding team and is now leading this essential team. Jelani is passionate about the onboarding experience and she and Manny share stories about the importance of having a good first day.
Jelani won a Founders Fund Scholarship and is pursuing her second Masters degree in Learning and Development.
