She has researched and built leadership programs on internal and external communications and led keynotes and forums with companies such as Moen, Swagelok, Sherwin Williams and many others

She is a Communications Catalyst with a backstory built on resiliency, bold risk-taking and wholeheartedness. Raquel's risk taking has led her to a new industry: Hospitality. She is a partner in a restaurant where she leads marketing and organizes potential touch points, trains and develops staff, creates the customer experience, drives the sales team and works with the chef team to create menus. When she isn't in the restaurant, she is traveling to corporations helping others find out the best in themselves.
