Kim-Monique Johnson has integrated over 25 years of organizational development experience to inspire leaders to bring out the best in themselves and others. She helps organizations manage change, implement diversity, racial equity and inclusion strategies and develop leaders to create a culture of belonging. She's currently a senior consultant with Community Resource Exchange serving nonprofits in New York City and has a private practice as a certified coach helping new managers and seasoned executives who face challenges related to diversity, racial equity and inclusion.
