#018 - A common phrase people either tell themselves or hear from others when they're trying to transition careers is "find your passion". But this phrase is very problematic because it's not actually possible to find your passion. 

In today's episode, I share how trying to find your passion is holding you back, a bit of my own journey to passion, and what to do instead of trying to find your passion.
