Ryan and Daniel are back once again, and if you like bashing remakes for their abysmal attempts at trying to recreate and recapture what made their original counterparts so great, then this is the episode for you. The guys start off by discussing some news from a rather slow news week. They touch on the passing of acclaimed director David Lynch, the new Daredevil: Born again trailer and much more. After finishing their weekly slate of shows last week the guys add a couple of Apple TV originals to their weekly watches. After a 3 year hiatus Severance finally returns so the guys will be covering the show week-to-week along with the star-studded show Shrinking. Finally, to wrap up the show Ryan and Daniel discuss two very bad live-action remakes in Dragonball Evolution (2009), The Last Airbender (2010) and what it is that makes remakes like these fall short of their acclaimed predecessors.
