Bob Burg first believed he was experiencing something unusual. In the mid 1980s when mental health disorders were in the shadows, Bob believed he was going crazy when in reality, he had been facing symptoms of OCD. After trial and error with multiple medical experts, he had finally gotten a diagnosis for OCD and thus began his journey of healing through medication and behavior therapy. Today, he is a speaker at sales and leadership conferences while co-writing for the international bestseller, The Go-Giver and other books, all while continuing to spread awareness about OCD.
In this episode we talk about:
◾️ The presence of OCD in older generations
◾️ What living with OCD for 25 years is like
◾️ Being more empathetic with OCD
