Learning to navigate our ever-changing symptoms & pain levels can become overwhelming & can feel hopeless. 

However, I am here to tell you that it does get more manageable, and I am hopeful that this episode may help you feel confident when managing your symptoms and pain levels. 

It's important to take it one day at a time & be patient with your body, mind and self when learning a new skill.

Believe it or not, managing our pain and symptoms is a skill, and like any skill, it takes trial and error, time & commitment.
