Allie Redshaw (she/her) is a mother, chef, yoga teacher, and paraclimber. While working as a chef she had a terrible unexpected accident that led to her having her right hand amputated. She was also pregnant with her second daughter when this accident happened.
Allie's story of learning to love her body again after such a huge and life-changing experience is nothing short of incredible! She is an inspiration to so many, a true light in the world, spreading love and sunshine everywhere she goes.
