In this episode, I talk about the inspiration I have from a video I watched right after recording last week's show. Taylor Sowers has inspired so many people through his ongoing transformation. Just like in life it's one step at a time. Webster's dictionary defines Inspiration as,  the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. I say it's something that makes you think, laugh, cry, and get motivated to do your best. I wasn't planning on doing a recording today until I saw his video and said to myself I have to do it. I have to tell everyone his story. So I contacted him and asked if I could. and thankfully he says yes. So I hope you like the show. I am still moved by his story and his determination to do better. I also talk about Amanda Tennis She is an inspiration to me also. She is getting into shape and making waves in the world. Both are doing DDPY. It can be hard but definitely worth it. I recommend this to everyone. It doesn't matter what level of movement you are at there is an exercise for you. I am still doing the 2.0 which is the second up from the easiest exercises. It's kicking my butt and I'm loving it. And I know you will too. Check it out on youtube and online.
