In this episode I will talk about the To Do List. There are different techniques to make one and use it. Life can be so stressful we need to get ourselves in order and on track. There are several different ways to do A to do list and I will go over them in this episode. Doing A to do list will help you remove stress. Have time management. Relieve depression, relieve anxiety, and become a healthier person. Time management is a big part of becoming a better person with a better life. I will discuss different types of the To-Do List such as the four-quadrant To-Do List, the straight-up To-Do List, and the backward To-Do List. Also, such things as five minutes to-do's. Doing A to-do list will also help you remember things that you may not remember that need to get accomplished. It's just like doing a budget, Dave Ramsey says if you don't tell your money where to go, you won't know where it went. I mention in the episode about one of the To-Do List which is called the four-quadrant To-Do List. I learned this from the book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen Covey. I definitely recommend picking up that book.
