When you turn a roof from a darker color to a bright white one all while sealing all points for air/vapor to escape you open up yourself to creating condensation issues. Interior inspections & knowing what's going on inside a building can help fix these issues before they even happen, & knowing that early on can be a huge advantage when dealing with building owners & managers. Coating a roof can and will move dew points and can change the overall performance of a buildings envelope. Understanding this from the start is great knowledge to have.
