Shownotes:
Many people know that Napoleon Hill was chosen by Andrew Carnegie to study the habits of the most wealthy and successful men of their era and to document his findings so that future generations would be able to use this information as tools to reach their own endeavors.
Despite the fact that The Law of Success was first published in 1928, the 15 laws described are still as relevant as ever, proving that there are some universal truths that do not change regardless of how many years pass.
What you may not have heard is that The Law of Success was the original text written by Hill, and published in 1928. Think and Grow Rich, which is currently his most widely read book, was not published until 1937. I discovered this through my Honours in Entrepreneurship year at the University of Technology, Sydney. Dr. Julien Marchand took the inspiration from both this book and Think and Grow Rich, as vital book readings to use when studying what it takes to not only be successful in entrepreneurship but also in life.
Success can not be achieved without being able to influence other people to cooperate with you in a spirit of harmony. Lessons on self-confidence, concentration, and enthusiasm are designed to have you overcome your fears and finally move from the idea stage to the taking action stage.
