Description

After graduating college, Kimberly Moore Dalal was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force; however, it was quickly realized that her time was best served studying to become a doctor.

She discusses her journey to becoming a surgeon, the biases she overcame, and the factors that pushed her forward. Kimberly has worked as a general surgeon, a trauma surgeon, and an adult cancer surgeon, she has also performed surgery on a 10-month-old baby boy.
