My sister, Kim Taylor, takes the mic today to share encouragement for our ordinary, mundane, routine moments of motherhood. As she says, "Be encouraged, Mama. Your work is purposeful. Whatever work you have in front of you today, look beyond the physical and temporal and see into eternity- that this simple, menial task "might sit upstream the changing of a heart" and "the changing of a heart might sit upstream the changing of the world."
The prayer that she reads is "A Liturgy for Changing Diapers" from Every Moment Holy by Douglas Kaine McKelvey.
