The coaching industry has been throwing around some clinical terms that are concerning: narcissistic, depressed, traumatized, etc. These labels can be stigmatizing and over/misused online. Coaches are not qualified to diagnose and need to be mindful of their language with clients to prevent operating outside of their scope.
