In Episode 6, I examine the effect of Covid 19 on leadership and organizations. Additionally, episode 6 covers topics including: the need for mutual trust, the movement beyond followership to that of partnership, the need to reimagine the role of work in attaining work life balance and three guidelines for making the change to a more flexible organizational design.
