When focusing on the S in PRST most of the attention goes to activities for our bodies, mental, and emotional health...but what we put INTO our bodies is just as important, potentially even more important.
If you're serious about your Pursuit, revisiting what you are consuming is going to be an important exercise. I'm not here to suggest what is best for you, as I believe different people need different diets and routines, but I do know most of us are conusming foods we should just give up.
