Passion will guide people in different ways--there are no absolutes. Some will find their passion comes to them in what they are already doing--it will develop. Others already know their passion and it is not in their current life--they need to follow it.
At the end of the day, passion will be your guide on your Pursuit and it will guide you differently than others and that's ok!
