Sara shares how redefining success is the first mindset shift. She quotes Earl Nightengale, “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal (or goal).” So releasing the timeline often helps shift that view of failure, but also understanding that failure is mandatory in your journey to success.
Kelly shares that failure is only true when we choose to quit; failure is really growing and learning. Lisa shares how having a clear vision of our BIG goal can help her keep our enthusiasm even in the midst of a perceived failure in her direct sales journey.
