Melvin Pillay is a highly respected business and leadership trainer and a renowned speaker. He specializes in helping leaders find their life's purpose, grow their organizations, and achieve balance at work and home.

He was born in a small rural town in South Africa, and both his parents were illiterate. His father was partially disabled and unable to work, so his mother was the sole provider for their family of six.
