·         After 14 years of pastoring, Nick decided to step away from the church in 2010 without knowing what he was going to do next.

·         Nick joined a Facebook group called "Toronto Entrepreneurs of Passion, Purpose, or Tech for Short" and found out about an event called Arc Angel, which was to be held by Giovanni Marsico.

·         Despite not having the money to pay for the event, Nick still attended and met lifelong friends.

·         Gio had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing training and was holding an event where he would share everything he knew about marketing and the success he had in his own business.

·         The event was a turning point for Nick, who realized that he had a gift for marketing and that it was what he wanted to do with his life.

·         Nick made a vow to himself to invest in his marketing education, and he began to take courses and read books about marketing.

·         Nick started a marketing consulting business and quickly became successful, working with big-name clients such as Tony Robbins and Joe Polish.
