It wasn’t until my 40’s that I truly made love. (And for all my late bloomers out there, take this as permission to heal in your own time. It takes the time that it takes!) For me, and I’m sure a lot of you, dropping into the energy of receptivity was very difficult. And that kept me from the real, intimate sex that I craved.
So, what changed? How did I make the shift from controlling and disconnecting from my partners and lovers, to being in the energy of receptivity?
