Today's guest is Alyssa, who struggled for years with an eating disorder. In this episode, Alyssa talks about her symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, ways she coped, her hospitalizations, ebbs and flows of the disease, and finally, an epiphany that changed the trajectory of her struggle.
