There is no such thing as "just stress". Though we can't control nor rid our lives of the stressors that cause stress, we can control how we respond (or react) to these stressors.

Contrary to what "conventional wisdom" wants you to think, you have everything you need inside of you to counter the stress within. You do not have a drug-deficiency. You have a belief-deficiency that has taken you off-course.

Building your resilience repertoire is how you get back on the path that you enjoy now and look forward to traveling for the rest of your life. You do not need to keep retracing your footsteps.

Stress is an inside job.
