Description

Discover a daily lifestyle developed from the Cayce readings that fosters the release of the natural accumulation of trauma and disturbances we encounter in daily life. Dr. Charles Thomas Cayce, with his father Hugh Lynn, developed a program that was offered at the A.R.E. in the 1970's to help young people with mental illness. Dr. Arlene Dijamco and Corinne Cayce adapt these practices for family life to offer a holistic, daily rhythm that allows our nervous systems to settle and cares for our whole selves.  Offering personal stories and insights, Arlene and Corinne share11 practices from Charles Thomas's 1978 presentation on "Suggestions from the Cayce Readings Concerning a Physical Basis for Mental Illness."
