In this episode, Zasha Smith, a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor, talks about the value of the proof of concept.
Zasha Smith worked for 10 years at a private firm and utility construction plans for hotels, shopping centers, and subdivisions. When she decided to turn to full-time real estate investing, Zasha built her $3.8 million residential portfolio of single-family, multifamily, and short-term rentals in Hawaii.
Zasha didn't start investing until she was 33. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, her mindset changed. Today, she also shares some insights when you’re thinking of scaling or doing projects on your own successfully.
