In this episode I met with Antaine O'Laoi from Spiddal in Galway, Antaine has previously been on Galway panels in 2018-2019, and was on the training panel at the beginning of this year Antaine talks about his journey from a young player to professional soccer player for Galway United, to a senior intercounty player, getting dropped from panels and getting back in, and mistakes he has made along the way Antaine is very open about getting dropped from panels, how he is continuously improving as a player, and how he plans his weeks in advance to best make sure he covers all bases We kick a few wides, have a few races, and talk about the sport we both love
