However, in the midst of her career, she found herself trying to compromise with God as a means of justifying taking roles that she knew were not giving messages that align with her faith. But in the midst of this, God spoke to her clearly about getting her out of the entertainment industry; "I don't want your compromise, I want your obedience".
In this interview, Candace shares her journey, and how, having obeyed her instruction to leave the industry, 20 years later she is called back and her career in entertainment has catapulted to a whole new level, only this time in complete commitment to her faith-led values.
