The fastest way to make money from a podcast with small download numbers is to sell coaching or courses. As far as selling physical products goes, I have found that it takes a little longer with my show and with my clients, but it is possible. Your biggest challenge is stepping out of your ego mind and into your serving mind.
You must be willing to serve your listeners and provide them with wins. This is where they begin to trust you and get to know you. Imagine the shows you listen to and the hosts who have given you an ah-ha moment or an action you can use in your daily life to improve it. Give your show this kind of content.
