One of the things that I talk about in the book is that you are the average of the five people that you hang around for no reason. If you don't like the average upgrade your friends. Great story about how that happened in my life in the show.
The second quote came from Les Brown. Mr. Brown said that you have to make sure that you get all of those toxic people out of your life.
