On the afternoon of January 13th 1996, Amber Hagerman was kidnapped at an abandoned Winn Dixie. Donna Williams, Ambers mother embarks on a fight against child abduction. The Amber Alert would later save children for years to come. The Amber Alert System is there for the safe recovery of missing and abducted children. This case is still active.
