Description

Lindsay Holden, Co-founder of Odele, left her stable corporate role to make prestige beauty accessible to all. Alongside her fellow working mother co-founders, she launched a line of clean, inclusive, affordable, and shareable hair care, guided by the philosophy: "Crazy good doesn't have to be crazy expensive." You can now find their products, developed by hair type and texture, at major retailers like Target, Ulta Beauty, and CVS Pharmacy.

Before this leap, Lindsay was a Senior Buyer for Target Corporation for eight years. Inspired by the struggle of work/life balance and a market gap for inclusive, salon-grade products, she co-founded Odele, which achieved profitability within its first six months. Lindsay is candid about the trials and triumphs of entrepreneurship, offering an honest look at life "without the pretty filters."
