Today I talk about what happens when you begin to spiritually awaken. I discuss:
Wanting to teach and share what you’ve learned (and a few pitfalls to watch out for with this)
Noticing and admiring nature and honouring the earth
Needing more rest
Sleep getting weird
Listening and supporting your body through diet and good quality products
The experience of ascension symptoms
An increase in synchronicities and magic
Unaligned actions feel undoable
Interesting dreams
Relationship shake-ups
Not caring about shit that doesn’t matter
Problems coming to the surface to be transmuted
I end with some suggestions on how to cope, including:
Staying open and having fun
Welcoming guidance from spirit
Plugging away with the basics (chop wood, carry water)
