In this experience-cast, whispering a long, slow 'ah' is the tool we use to extend our exhale and change our state. Then, having the sense we're sitting in front of a pure, flowing stream we use the water to cleanse ourselves. This practice is beneficial for assisting in the digestion of expereinces.
