Neil Scales OBE is Director General for the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads in Australia managing a budget of more than $10 billion. Before this, he was CEO for Merseytravel in the UK. Both roles carrying huge responsibilities and accountabilities.
In part one, Neil described his journey through life and how his resilience and positivity has enabled him to thrive as well as his interest in leadership and in life long learning.
