You want to help people. So you say yes to many tasks. Then those tasks take up more and more of your time. So you stress out because you are just tapped out. You either run around in frantic, nervous energy, trying to get everything done. Or you completely check out and scroll on your phone and do things that are completely unrelated to the things you need to get done. The whole time you tell yourself 'you shouldn't be doing this', 'you really should be doing x.'
