This week I'm sharing some reflections that have come through as I work through the end of a recent long term relationship. For most of my life, I had a subconscious belief that I had to continuously let people go to achieve my dream life. A story that I let play out for a while. But what I've come to learn now is that they were letting me go all along. I wanted something different or more than they could offer at the time. The things I was turning to them for, I could provide for myself. I was able to nurture myself and meet my own needs. I realized that I don't need to be in a relationship to live my big dream life. I learned to put myself on a pedestal to be seen, heard and accepted. If you're working through some form of grief right now, how can you zoom out and see the bigger picture? Trust is part of the process. It's all happening FOR you.
