This week we dive into a recent experience I had in Greece that started out as what I thought was going to be a nightmare but then (of course) turned into exactly what I needed. When I arrived at my destination, I happened to have a deep conversation with someone around spirituality and it gave me a different perspective & hope that there are others out there on this same path I am on. I almost gave up on this part of my trip and I am SO glad that I didn't because it was beyond magical and expanded me more than I could have imagined. It was in that moment that I realized I was allowing my environment to impact how I was able to show up. My environment is everything to me and its allows me to connect to the things that are important to me. And it got me thinking, what kind of limitations have I put on spirituality and how I show up in my practice?
