PowerToFly hosts daily video live chats with female thought leaders and invest in up-skilling, and is a safe space for women, trans women, non-binary, or anyone elsewhere on the LGBTQI+ spectrum. Prior to PowerToFly, Milena dedicated 7 years of her life to being Chief Technology Officer at Avaaz.org - the largest global online activist community, with over 40 million members working on issues ranging from climate change to the war on women to genocide.
Milena’s driving force in life is building connections for underserved and underrepresented communities to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Her One Away moment allowed her to take the next step towards accelerating this lifelong passion, changing countless lives.
