I discuss the experience of going to therapy as a counsellor myself, and a traumatic run-in with an overzealous one. I then answer a listener's question about developing a crush on her therapist and explain transference and dreamwork to help contextualize and normalize her feelings. I discuss ethics that protect patients and therapists from romantic entanglements and leave her with actionable tools to process said feelings within the session itself.
