Yes, I mean it! Getting ghosted is a blessing in disguise. In Part 1 I explain how ghosting is a key indicator that someone is unwilling or unable to develop trust and emotional intimacy with you. I explain that it is only the beginning of what will be a string passive aggressive behaviour from the perpetrator, and that we must learn to heed ghosting as an early end of an inevitably doomed relationship. In Part 2 I answer a listener question about what to do when a bestie befriends an abusive ex-friend. I use an anecdote about how a strong friendship cultivated in recovery had a difficult but necessary ending. In Part 3 Taylor joins me for an analysis of the ending of Netflix' Keep Sweet, Prey and Obey.
