Dr Helen Darling is a disruptor - she is unapologetically unafraid to question the status quo.
Helen holds a Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of Otago and has extensive experience across the food supply chain including; being involved in the production of summer fruit (including novel fruit development), founding three companies Oritain, SumFood and InstatData.
She has also been a Board Director of an esteemed research institute (ESR) in New Zealand and expert committees on food ingredients and food fraud (USP) across the globe.
In this podcast, we have a wonderfully broad ranging discussion about our food system, food education and how that pertains to our health.

Please note that when we speak about a ranch in the US, the size of the ranch is 800 acres (not 80 as mentioned).
